If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we provide a streamlined process for returns or exchanges to ensure you find the perfect fit for your artistry.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our shop via email or phone within 14 days of receipt to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.
Prepare the Instrument
Carefully pack the item in its original protective packaging, ensuring that bridge protectors are in place and the instrument is securely cushioned to prevent movement during transit.
Ship with Insurance
Send the package back to our Glendale studio using a trackable shipping service; we strongly recommend purchasing full insurance coverage as the sender is responsible for the item until it arrives.
Inspection and Refund
Once our luthiers inspect the item to confirm it is in its original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking or shipping fees.
